About this program
The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) presents the Cold Regions Engineering Student Paper and Poster Awards biennially at Cold Regions conferences to recognize outstanding student research. Award recipients receive a certificate, with selections made by the Cold Regions Engineering Division Awards Committee. Any student who submits a paper or poster to a Cold Regions Engineering conference is eligible, and ASCE membership is not required.
