Conference Travel Grants (GSA Conference Funding)

About this program

The Graduate Student Association (GSA) at the College of William & Mary, supported by Arts & Sciences (A&S) and the Center for Digital Scholarship and Preservation (CDSP), offers limited Conference Travel Grants to assist graduate students attending or presenting at in-person academic conferences, events, or workshops. Awards of up to $500 are intended to supplement other funding and may cover registration, travel, or required organization membership fees; funds cannot be awarded for conferences attended after graduation. Eligible applicants are A&S and CDSP graduate students at William & Mary; applicants should consult their advisor or Director of Graduate Studies about other funding before applying and must submit the online application (retain a screenshot or printout of the confirmation page).
