The History of Economics Society offers the Craufurd Goodwin Best Article Prize to recognize an outstanding article that advances scholarship in the history of economics. The annual prize is awarded for an article published during the applicable eligibility period, regardless of the journal in which it appears. Eligible authors are researchers whose work meets the society’s publication-date and subject-area requirements; nominations are generally submitted through the Society’s designated process.
