CRS Research Grants

About this program

Creation Research Society (CRS) offers research grants up to $5,000 to support projects that advance the creation/flood model, funding equipment, supplies, travel to field sites, and modest salary (larger requests considered only in extraordinary circumstances). Eligible projects span astronomical, life, earth/physical sciences, engineering, social sciences, and Bible/theology; the primary investigator must be an active CRS member, and students may apply only with mentoring by a CRS member who holds a graduate degree. Proposals are normally accepted January–March and should be submitted by March 31 to Researchchair@creationresearch.org; proposals are reviewed after March 31, awards are made in May, and contracts are sent by June 1. Applications must include the CRS grant proposal form, CV/resume for each principal investigator, and a detailed budget; note equipment purchased with CRS funds may become CRS property and travel reimbursement (up to $1,000 per conference) requires presenting the funded research during the grant period or within 12 months, with receipts submitted within eight months.
