Dielectric Science & Technology Division Early-Career Award

About this program

The Electrochemical Society’s Dielectric Science and Technology Division offers an annual Early-Career Award recognizing outstanding contributions to the physics, chemistry, and applications of dielectric materials and devices. The award includes a framed certificate, USD $1,000, and an invited lecture at the Society’s spring meeting. Nominees must be ECS members, preferably members of the Dielectric Science and Technology Division, and must have demonstrated significant advances through relevant papers or patents, preferably published within the five years preceding the award year. Applicants must have begun their professional career no more than 12 years before June 1 of the award year, with possible case-by-case extensions, and nominations are accepted March 15–June 15 annually.
