The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Foundation’s Dr. Jo‑Ida C. Hansen and Dr. John P. Campbell Career Achievement in Mentoring Award honors a SIOP member for sustained excellence in mentoring I‑O psychologists and includes a crystal award plus $3,000. Eligible nominees may be academics or practitioners whose mentoring demonstrably advanced mentees’ research, professional development, networking, and career achievements. Nominations require a SIOP member’s letter (self‑nominations accepted), a brief description of mentoring relationships, and three to five testimonial letters from mentees. Nominators must disclose any investigations or findings of misconduct concerning the nominee; recipients are selected by the SIOP Awards Subcommittee and confirmed by the Executive Board.
