About this program
Duke University and Duke‑NUS Medical School invite proposals for collaborative pilot projects to develop international research teams advancing basic, translational, and clinical research around a defined theme; awards provide USD 100,000 to the Duke PI and SGD 100,000 to the Duke‑NUS PI over two years, with a possible single no‑cost extension of up to six months. Eligible proposals must be submitted by paired PIs: a Duke faculty member holding a regular‑rank appointment at Assistant Professor level or above, and a Duke‑NUS faculty member based primarily in Singapore holding a tenure, research, educator, or practice‑track appointment at Assistant Professor level or above (including SingHealth clinical or adjunct Duke‑NUS appointees).
