ELECTRI International, a nonprofit organization, offers the Talent Initiative Scholarship to support NECA Student Chapters in promoting the electrical construction industry. This matching grant provides $1,000 to NECA Chapters, which must be matched by the chapter, totaling $2,000 for scholarships or chapter activities, including travel to the NECA Annual Convention.
