Electronics and Photonics Division Award

About this program

The Electrochemical Society’s Electronics and Photonics Division Award recognizes authors who have made recent technical or outstanding scientific contributions to electronics science through publications in the ECS Journal of Solid State Science and Technology or presentations at Society meetings. The annual award includes a scroll, $1,500, and either up to $1,000 in non-reimbursed meeting travel expenses or ECS Life Membership. Nominees must have authored more than one qualifying paper within the previous five years, held ECS Electronics & Photonics Division membership for at least five cumulative years, and maintain active ECS membership. Nominations are accepted annually from March 15 through August 1 and must include a nomination form, contribution letter, two recommendations, and the nominee’s CV.
