Emerging Chapter Grants

About this program

The John R. Gentille Foundation (JRGF), affiliated with the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), provides Emerging Chapter Grants to help newly established MCAA student chapters launch and develop sustainable operations. Eligible chapters must have received their charter within the past five years and demonstrate commitment to building a successful chapter; they may receive the grant up to three times during that period. Inactive chapters, defined as having no attendees at MCAA national events for at least five years, may apply once for rebuilding support, subject to case-by-case review. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with a November 15 final deadline for consideration in the current calendar year.
