Emerging Conservationist Award

About this program

The American Society of Primatologists offers the Emerging Conservationist Award, providing $1,500 and recognition to students and early-career investigators who show strong potential for sustained contributions to primate conservation. Applications or nominations are due March 31 and should include the nominee’s contact information, qualifications statement, CV, and up to two supporting letters. Eligible candidates are students, researchers, or educators from primate habitat countries who received their terminal degree no more than five years ago and are current ASP members.
