Engagement Grants

About this program

The Palaeontological Association offers Engagement Grants to support educational outreach, public engagement, and related palaeontological initiatives. Funding normally covers budgets under £5,000 (with up to £8,000 considered in exceptional cases) and may support stand‑alone projects or proof‑of‑concept case studies intended to underpin larger bids. Applicants of any nationality and from any country may apply; salary costs can be requested if fully justified, but all legal and financial liability for salary awards rests with the applicant. Applicants must consult the Association’s guidance on unsupported expenditure and submit the required supporting information and completed application form.
