About this program

Connecticut Innovations' flagship equity fund provides equity financing, strategic advice and introductions to mentors and investor networks for technology-based companies in bioscience, information technology, clean technology, photonics and advanced materials, investing up to $1.5M per round and up to $7M total as a single investor (with preference to co-invest). Applicants must demonstrate proprietary technology or expertise, a sustainable competitive advantage, a proven management team, and evidence of additional investor interest, with U.S. operations predominantly based in Connecticut or a willingness to relocate/expand there.
