About this program
The European Society for Translation Studies (EST) offers Open Access Prizes to support free publication of two outstanding journal articles—one in a participating Benjamins journal and one in a participating Routledge journal. Eligible articles must have been published online first in 2025, 2026, or 2027 in one of the listed journals, and applicants must be paid-up EST members through the 2028 Congress year. Each author or co-author may submit only once; the corresponding author must provide the article and a jointly signed supporting statement of no more than 500 words. Applications must be submitted electronically from January 1–20, 2028, with prizes presented at the EST Congress in Kraków in June 2028.
