Excellence in Accounting Ethics Education Award

About this program

The American Accounting Association offers the Excellence in Accounting Ethics Education Award to recognize innovative approaches for integrating ethics into undergraduate or graduate accounting courses. The award includes $1,000 and a plaque, presented at the Annual Meeting’s Ethics Symposium. Applicants must demonstrate implementation of a novel pedagogical technique, explain how it advances accounting ethics education and was shared publicly, and provide supporting materials or assessment results. Electronic nominations are due March 1 annually and must include a 500-word statement and two letters of recommendation from educators.
