Expanding the Field Grant – Drama Therapy Fund

About this program

The NADTA Drama Therapy Fund supports projects that expand awareness of drama therapy among mental health and medical professionals, other disciplines, and the general public. Eligible expenses include conference travel and registration, book publication or subvention costs, documentary production, and related project expenses; awards generally target requests of $2,500 or less and may not support salary. Applicants must belong to NADTA or another professional drama therapy organization, with priority for practitioners in areas where drama therapy is not well established. Applications are due January 15 and July 15 and must include qualifications, a detailed project description and budget; recipients must submit a report and expense documentation within 30 days of project completion.
