Fabia Franco Award (SEMPRE) - musical behaviour and development in infancy and early childhood

SEMPRE’s Fabia Franco Award provides up to £3,000 to support research on musical behaviour and development in infancy and early childhood. Open to anyone working in areas aligned with the Society’s aims, applications are judged on quality, originality, significance and the likelihood the applicant cannot obtain other funding; less established or new researchers should supply an academic referee. Decisions are normally reached within six weeks and awards must be taken up within 12 months (or lapse); awardees must submit a brief report with ethically approved images for posting on the SEMPRE website and should apply by completing the SEMPRE application form and sending it to the Society Secretary (contact Prof. Graham Welch for further information).
