Fran and Frederick Hamerstrom Achievement Award

The Raptor Research Foundation offers the Fran and Frederick Hamerstrom Achievement Award to recognize an individual who has made significant contributions to understanding raptor ecology and natural history. The non-monetary award typically recognizes one or two recipients annually, who are invited to deliver a plenary lecture at the following RRF annual meeting. Applicants must be nominated online by June 30, with the application opening in January; RRF membership is encouraged but not required. Nomination materials must include the nominee’s and nominator’s contact information, three qualified evaluators, a summary of the nominee’s scientific contributions, and a complete publication list.
