Hazardous Sites Cleanup Act Host Municipality Technical Evaluation Grant

About this program

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection offers Host Municipality Technical Evaluation Grants under the Hazardous Sites Cleanup Act to support independent technical evaluations of proposed remedial responses at designated hazardous sites. Funding is available to municipalities where DEP’s Hazardous Sites Cleanup Program has deemed a site eligible and proposed a remedial action. Eligible municipalities will receive notification at least six months before the proposed response is available for review.
