hCTO Core Microgrants

About this program

Washington University’s Center of Regenerative Medicine (CRM) is offering hCTO Core microgrants of up to $2,500 to subsidize use of its Human Cells, Tissues, and Organoids Core for pilot studies, covering staff hours, stock cell vials, and equipment rental billed through the core. Awards are intended to test new systems/methods and foster larger collaborations, are open on a rolling basis with decisions typically within ~4 weeks, and must be spent at the hCTO within 12 months. Applicants must be WashU faculty and members of the CRM, and proposals must advance the CRM mission. Submit a single PDF containing an NIH-style biosketch, project title, a one-page research statement (11–12 pt font), and a brief budget justification; supplies/reagents are not covered and awards are non-transferable.
