Creighton University’s Sponsored Programs Administration offers a suite of internal faculty research and scholarship grants—including the Health Science Strategic Investment Fund, Faculty Development Grants, Dr. George F. Haddix President’s Faculty Research Fund, Philip E. Heflin Auditory Research Grant, LB692/LB595 initiatives, CURAS awards, and other institute and curriculum development funds—to support faculty- and student-led research, creative work, curriculum enhancement, and projects that increase competitiveness for external funding, publications, exhibitions, and program development. These awards fund a range of activities from pilot studies and program development to population health and disciplinary investigations, with priorities, award sizes, and deadlines varying by program. Eligible applicants are Creighton University faculty (tenured, tenure-track, and, where specified, non-tenure-track) who must apply through the university’s internal submission processes (e.g., InfoEd/Intent to Submit) and comply with each grant’s specific criteria and timelines.
