European Commission Horizon Europe 2025 Work Programme — Cluster 5 (Climate, Energy and Mobility) funds research and innovation projects that advance the twin green and digital transitions to achieve climate neutrality in Europe by 2050. Topics are organised into five Destinations (climate sciences and responses; cross‑sectoral climate transition solutions; sustainable, secure and competitive energy supply; efficient, sustainable and inclusive energy use; and clean, resilient transport and smart mobility) with indicative funding typically €500,000–€15,000,000 per project and up to €69,000,000 for the largest actions, covering up to 100% of eligible costs depending on the call. Applicants may include businesses, universities, research organisations, charities and not‑for‑profits applying as multinational consortia (usually requiring partners from at least three countries including at least one EU Member State); UK organisations can participate.
