About this program

Horizon Europe’s 2025 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Choose Europe for Science scheme offers €22.5 million to make European research careers more stable and attractive across all scientific disciplines. Single beneficiaries may receive up to €3.5 million to recruit at least three researchers for projects lasting up to five years, with MSCA funding the first two to three years and host institutions funding an additional two years.

Eligible applicants are single organisations based in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country, including universities, research institutions, companies, public bodies, hospitals, museums, and NGOs. Recruited researchers may be of any nationality, must hold or have defended a doctoral degree, meet the applicable mobility rule, and not already be permanently employed by the host organisation; the deadline is 3 December 2025 at 16:00.
