IAMSE-ScholarRx Curriculum Development Grant

About this program

The International Association of Medical Science Educators (IAMSE), in collaboration with ScholarRx, offers one two-year Curriculum Development Grant of up to $5,000 to support the development, implementation, and scholarly evaluation of innovative, sharable health sciences curricula. Awardees also receive approximately $50,000 in in-kind support, including ScholarRx platform access and training, RxBricks access for up to 200 students for one year, and a $1,500 conference travel award. Applicants must be current IAMSE members and may submit only one proposal annually; projects must use the ScholarRx Brick Authoring Platform to produce and evaluate multiple original RxBricks that will be published openly on the ScholarRx website. Preference is given to new, collaborative, interdisciplinary, generalizable projects addressing current educational needs, with proposals requiring a one-page letter of intent before invitation to submit a full application by January 15.
