About this program
The Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) funds technical assistance through its Innovation in Government Initiative to help governments adapt, pilot, and scale evidence-informed innovations in areas such as education, health, social protection, and governance. The Winter 2026 RFP is closed, but off-cycle applications of up to $75,000 are accepted on a rolling basis for projects facing significant external time constraints or a time-limited policy window. Eligible applicants include J-PAL affiliated and invited researchers, J-PAL postdoctoral researchers, and J-PAL offices applying in collaboration with government partners and other collaborators.
