About this program
The Raptor Research Foundation offers the Kevin J. Kritz Memorial Research Grant to support field research on eagle biology and conservation anywhere worldwide. One grant of up to $5,000 is awarded annually, along with waived page charges for publication in the Journal of Raptor Research, provided the recipient is the primary author. Applicants must submit a cover letter, CV, and English-language proposal of no more than five pages describing the study’s justification, objectives, methods, budget, funding sources, expected results, and literature cited, plus an applicant photograph. Applications are due June 30 and are evaluated primarily on scientific merit.
