Lancashire Changing Lives Fund — grants up to £3,000 for children, young people and families

Lancashire Health Visiting and School Nursing Service is offering grants of up to £3,000 through the Lancashire Changing Lives Fund to charities and voluntary organisations for projects that improve the health and wellbeing of children, young people and families across Lancashire. Applications are reviewed monthly and applicants will usually receive a decision within one month; terms of reference and the application form are available online and must be submitted to hcrg.019.engagementlead@nhs.net. Eligible applicants are charities and voluntary organisations delivering locally focused projects, and Local Community Engagement Leads are available to discuss potential applications.
