About this program
The IEEE Electron Devices Society offers the Lewis Terman Distinguished Service Award to recognize outstanding service to the Society and its sponsored activities. The recipient receives a laminated plaque and $5,000, based on sustained service and noteworthy contributions as an officer, Board of Governors member, associate editor, or participant in Society-sponsored meetings. Active IEEE and Electron Devices Society members are eligible, except for current EDS Executive Committee members other than the Senior Past President. Nominations are due August 1 and may be submitted by contacting the EDS Executive Office.
