Lois Lunin Award

About this program

The Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T) offers the Lois Lunin Award to recognize early- and mid-career professionals who demonstrate notable leadership, mentoring, and innovation in the practice of information science and technology. The award includes up to $1,500 in travel and registration support for the ASIS&T Annual Meeting, an opportunity to present a poster, and one year of ASIS&T membership for nonmembers. Nominees must be current ASIS&T members in good standing, generally within the first 10 years of their careers, and cannot be prior winners or current members of the Awards & Honors Committee or Board of Directors. Nominations, including a 200–500-word statement, CV, nomination letter of up to three pages, and—when applicable—a nominee personal statement, are due April 1 via the online portal.
