Member Mini Grants (The Protein Society)

About this program

The Protein Society offers Member Mini-Grants of up to $500 to support member-led local events—meetings, seminars, workshops, experiments, networking, and outreach—that enhance research and engagement in protein science and help recruit new protein scientists. Funding encourages creative event design and outreach to students, junior investigators, and under-represented minorities, but is not intended to fund speakers for other standing meetings. Applicants must include at least one current TPS member at the time of application and when the event takes place; prior recipients may not apply during the following calendar year, and applications are submitted via The Protein Society member site.
