NCFR Affiliate Grant Award

About this program

The National Council on Family Relations (NCFR) offers the Affiliate Grant—up to $300—to student and state/regional affiliate organizations to support community or regional projects that promote affiliate engagement and advance NCFR’s mission to strengthen family science. Eligible applicants must be current active NCFR affiliates with all paperwork up to date; affiliates may receive the award only once every three years and student and state/regional applicants are evaluated separately. Applications (maximum three pages) must include a project description, budget, and affiliate description; recipients must submit a 1–2 page post-project report, present outcomes at the Affiliate Councils meeting during the NCFR Annual Conference, and apply by May 22 (winner notified by July 15).
