NCPC Preservation Grants

About this program

The North Carolina Preservation Consortium (NCPC) offers Preservation Grants of up to $2,000 to support the care of collections and heritage resources, including preservation assessments, conservation, storage, environmental monitoring, digitization, training, and interpretation. Applications are due April 15, and funds may not support collection acquisition, facilities, administration, overhead, or indirect costs. Applicants must be NCPC individual or institutional members in good standing, have legal custody of the materials or site, and designate a staff member to oversee the project. Institutions may submit only one application per year.
