NextGen: Rising Star Award

About this program

The ASAE Research Foundation offers the NextGen: Rising Star Award to recognize an exceptional emerging leader who has advanced innovation and created a positive impact within an association or the broader association community. Applications are open January 5–March 7, 2027, and the award is nomination-based; self-nominations are not accepted. Nominees must be ASAE members age 35 or younger, have maintained membership for at least two years, be full-time association staff, and have at least two years of experience as an association professional. A letter of employer support and employment verification from the employer’s HR department are required.
