Notice of Fund Availability (NOFA) – Grants (FS-12)

About this program

New Jersey Department of Health is issuing a Notice of Fund Availability (NOFA) for grant awards to support projects as specified in the Department’s Request for Applications (RFA). Eligible applicants include municipal, county and state governments, federally recognized Indian tribal governments, institutions of higher education, hospitals, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and other entities; award amounts, program purpose, and the award period are specified in the RFA. Applicants must comply with the Department’s Terms and Conditions for the Administration of Grants and any general or specific grant compliance requirements from the awarding division, submit applications electronically via the Department’s SAGE system, and obtain the RFA and deadline information from the contact listed in the NOFA.
