New Jersey Department of Health is issuing Notice of Fund Availability FS‑12 (Jun 2023) to award grants for program-specific activities as described in the corresponding Request for Applications (RFA); specific funding amounts, award period, program purpose and deadlines are detailed in the RFA. Eligible applicants include municipal, county and state governments, federally recognized Indian tribal governments, institutions of higher education, hospitals, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and other entities listed in the NOFA.
