The Oklahoma 3 + 1 Program, offered by the Oklahoma State University Center for Rural Health, provides an accelerated pathway for undergraduate students to become physicians with a focus on rural primary care. This scholarship program aims to encourage and support students who wish to practice medicine in rural Oklahoma within a shortened timeframe.

Eligible applicants must be full-time students at a partner university, demonstrate a strong academic record with a 3.5 GPA or higher, have a minimum of 50 hours of health-related experience, and express a genuine interest in rural primary care medicine.
