P-IE Undergraduate Student Achievement in Entomology Award

About this program

The Entomological Society of America’s P-IE Section offers up to two annual awards recognizing undergraduate achievement in entomology through research, teaching, and/or outreach. Each recipient receives $1,000, a plaque, and waived registration for the ESA Annual Meeting, with funds available for travel expenses. Nominees must be ESA members affiliated with the P-IE Section, enrolled as undergraduates at nomination, and prepared to submit and present a paper or poster at the Annual Meeting. Faculty nominations must include two support letters, a recent transcript, CV or resume, accomplishment summary, and agreement to present, and are due online by June 1 annually.
