About this program
The American Society for Horticultural Science (ASHS) offers the Plant Biotechnology Keynote Speaker Award to recognize individuals whose research and applications have significantly advanced plant biotechnology through compelling keynote presentations. The award is presented at the Plant Biotechnology Interest Group business meeting during the annual ASHS Conference. Nominees must have been ASHS members for at least three years; Plant Biotechnology Interest Group membership is not required, and previous recipients are ineligible. Nominations must be submitted by an ASHS member by June 1 and include biographical information, a CV, a maximum five-page accomplishment statement, and two reference letters.
