About this program
The Entomological Society of America’s Plant-Insect Ecosystems Section offers this lifetime achievement award to honor an entomologist whose career has advanced or promoted entomology and inspired others. The recipient receives an inscribed plaque, a $1,000 travel stipend, and complimentary registration to the ESA Annual Meeting, where attendance is expected for the presentation. Nominees must have at least 20 years of experience as entomologists and may be nominated by anyone. Nominations must include a letter of three pages or fewer, supporting career and impact information, and an optional CV, submitted as a PDF online by June 1 annually.
