About this program
Princeton University's University Center for Human Values and the Program in Political Philosophy offer Political Philosophy Research and Travel grants to support graduate student research and related travel in political philosophy, providing individual awards of up to $2,500. Eligible applicants are currently enrolled Princeton graduate students in the participating departments (Classics, History, Philosophy, Politics, Religion); students may receive multiple awards but total funding per student is capped at $5,000 over their graduate tenure, and travel costs must comply with University travel policies and Global Safety & Security guidance. Grants must be used for research broadly relevant to political philosophy and are intended to augment, not replace, resources already available at Princeton.
