Proposition 68 Rivers and Streams Grant Program – Klamath-Trinity Watershed

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife offers Proposition 68 Rivers and Streams grants to restore and protect rivers, streams, fisheries, and wildlife in the Klamath-Trinity Watershed. Eligible projects may address climate resilience, habitat and watershed restoration, floodplain and river reconnection, riparian areas, and upper-watershed forests and meadows; approximately $4.124 million is available, with awards reimbursed over a three-year period and no matching funds required. Eligible applicants include nonprofits, public agencies, and tribal governments, and projects must benefit the Klamath-Trinity Watershed in California. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
