RAPTIC Pitch Competition (CTSI, The Ohio State University)

About this program

The Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) at The Ohio State University is hosting the RAPTIC Pitch Competition on 31 August 2026 (3:00–5:00 PM, EAIC Room 130) to showcase faculty-developed health, medical, biomedical, biotech or bioengineering technologies and accelerate progress toward industry partnerships and commercialization. Eligible applicants are Ohio State faculty with technologies ready for the next step toward commercialization, spin‑out formation, or investment; participants must deliver a six-minute live pitch and submit a non-confidential short pitch deck (a template is provided). Prizes total $6,000 (First Place: CTSI Prize $4,000; Second Place: RAPTIC Prize $2,000), a keynote will be given by Dr. Lakshmi Dasi, and applications are being accepted with no deadline listed; separate registration links are provided for pitching and audience attendance.
