The State Water Resources Control Board offers loans to support small businesses in California with underground storage tank (UST) upgrades, removals, or replacements. These loans aim to finance 100% of the necessary costs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards, including design, construction, and maintenance requirements. To be eligible, businesses must employ fewer than 500 employees, be independently owned and operated, and have their principal office and officers domiciled in California.
