About this program

The American Chemical Society (ACS) offers the ACS Student Communities Professional Meeting Grant to support active ACS Student Chapters, ACS International Student Chapters, and ACS Graduate Student Organizations (ACS GSOs) in attending professional conferences. Grants cover registration fees, lodging, and/or transportation costs, with amounts up to $225 for virtual conferences, $500 for in-country meetings, and $2000 for out-of-country conferences. Eligibility requires chapters to have at least six student members with a premium package and one submitted annual report within the last three years, with applications due at least three months before the conference. Applicants are highly encouraged to have at least one member present a paper or poster, and all travelers must be ACS student members with a premium package.
