The International Society for the History of Rhetoric (ISHR) awards the Rhetorica Prize for Best Article, a $1,000 (US) prize presented at the society’s biennial conference to the author of the best article published in its journal Rhetorica. All articles published in Rhetorica are automatically eligible; no separate application or submission is required. Eligible applicants are simply the authors of those articles, and further information, including past winners, is available on the ISHR journal page.
