The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Committee on Student Members presents the Richard H. Nettleton Outstanding Practitioner Advisor Award annually to recognize practitioner advisors who demonstrate exceptional leadership, mentorship, and support for ASCE student chapters. Eligible nominees must be ASCE members in good standing, currently serving as practitioner advisors to established ASCE Student Chapters, and committed to promoting ASCE involvement among students. Nominations may be submitted by faculty or practitioner advisors, department heads, ASCE section or branch officers, or student chapter members, and must include the nomination form and a personal statement in a single PDF. Submissions are due by 5 p.m. EDT on May 1.
