The IEEE Electron Devices Society, with financial support from Robert Bosch LLC, offers the Robert Bosch Micro and Nano Electro Mechanical Systems Award to honor innovative, practical advances in the invention, design, or fabrication of MEMS and NEMS devices. The recipient receives a US$10,000 honorarium, certificate, and bronze medal, presented at an IEEE conference of the winner’s choice. Nominations are due July 31; self-nominations are not accepted, previous recipients are ineligible, and nominees may be non-IEEE members, but current award selection committee members may not nominate or endorse candidates. Evidence should demonstrate field impact, innovation, leadership, and supporting publications, patents, or technology transitions.
