About this program
The SHERA Publication Grant provides $1,000 to support high-quality publications in Russian, Eastern European, and Eurasian art and architecture, with funding from The Gladys Krieble Delmas Foundation. Awards may offset production expenses for publisher-accepted monographs, edited volumes, or exhibition catalogues, including image rights, reproductions, subventions, and indexing, but not research, writing, or editorial labor. Applicants must be SHERA members in good standing, and financially self-supporting projects are ineligible. Applications are due October 15 and must include a project description, CV, publisher’s letter of intent and readers’ reports, and a detailed budget identifying other funding sources.
