About this program
The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development offers Solar for Schools (S4S) grants to reduce the cost of installing solar energy systems at schools and community colleges statewide. Funds may support equipment purchases, installation, permitting, energy storage, and utility interconnection, with minimum awards of $500,000.
