About this program
The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Committee on Student Members presents the annual Student Leadership Award to recognize outstanding leadership within an ASCE Student Chapter. Eligible nominees must be national ASCE and student chapter members in good standing, demonstrate exceptional chapter leadership, and be undergraduate students at the nominating institution during the award year’s spring semester. Nominations must be submitted by a Faculty or Practitioner Advisor, Department Head, or ASCE Section/Branch Officer, with each chapter limited to one nomination. Applications must include the completed nomination form and a personal statement in a single PDF submitted by 5 p.m. EDT on May 1.
